What is a Volunteer for Poly Giving Day? 

For 24-hours, volunteers help spread the word about Poly Giving Day, encouraging their Poly networks to join the celebration and make a gift. All Volunteers receive their own unique link to use for sharing on social media and when sending emails and text messages to Poly friends and family.

How much time do I need to commit? 

Being a Poly Giving Day Volunteer is simple. When you sign up, we provide sample emails, social media posts, and additional tips and suggestions to help you promote Poly Giving Day. In as little as 10-20 minutes, you can help make a big difference for Poly. 

How can you make an impact?

• Spread the word! Call, text and email friends, family, and colleagues. 
• Share, post, and use #PolyGivingDay on social media.  
• Utilize the Volunteer Toolkit to maximize your personal and professional networks leading up to and on the day of giving.
• Make a gift on April 17!
• Optional: Join the Evening Celebration on Poly Giving Day to be held on campus from 6-8 PM. Contact cgarcia@polytechnic.org for details.
